Gold is best, and preferred to silver or tin because a layer of it can be so much thinner.

Is it high frequency? Skin effect will put the current in a thin layer and silver may be worthwhile. If bulk resistance then use copper it is the second most conductive metal. Aluminum is used because it is cheaper but it has connectivity problems.
One nice thing about silver is the corrosion products conduct so even when it is black it is still useful.
Gold is used because it is chemically inert. It isnt great as a conductor of electricity though. Tin is also used for oxidation reasons. That is why in years past cans were tin plated - thus the term tin can.
It isnt great as a conductor though compared to silver.

Most metals are good conductors.

Silver is the most conductive metal, followed by copper.
Copper is very cheap and very well suited for nearly all electroics applilcations.
