I've tried to adjust the satelit dish alone and I can't get any TV channel, help been trying for hours, giving me headache pushing the dish up down right left can't get any channel at all.Help.

You need to locate the longitude and lattitude location of the cable companys satellite. And you will need to use a cumpass to find the right direction.. Turn your tv volume up real loud so you can hear the signal strength bar go up and down from outdoors where your working. Just keep moving the satellite up and down slowly till you hear the signal strength strengthen. It works. I've done it alone a few times that way. You'll figure it out.

You could call the service dept, or get the device the company uses to align your dish.

If your television is readily visible, you can adjust your dish by referencing the signal bar indicator at the bottom of you set.

If it is not readily visible, you can either make it so or get someone to monitor the bar while you make the adjustment.
