They are Lazy!

That is now their nature, because they donut care about what happened on the environment when the time comes, but if we are educate them over and over on waste minimization i think their nature will change but in order to do that patient of the educator must be within in it in any time to have a better outcome.

One example that comes to mind is all of the bubble and blister pacts on display at your local store - in most cases, the packaging contains more resources and is more wasteful and non-degradable than the actual product.

Because there is no reason not too... there are no penalties for putting the wrong things in the wrong containers.

The other thing is, American's still don't believe that they are drowning in a sea of garbage.
