You can give yourself an enema. Most drug stores and all home health centers will have them. Some people refer to them as hot water bottles because they can be used for that, too. The same item you use for douching is used for an enema - with a different applicator tip. All the applicators come with the bag.
By the way, douching is never medically sound. Rather than flushing out your system, you are actually using water pressure that will push harmful bacteria further into your system than what you will flush out. Got that little bit of info from a home health care provider.

Generally if you are going to look for someone to give you an enema then you should look in the phone book under colonic irrigation.
I know around here that a lot of the Chiropractic doctors have colonic irrigation as part of their medical practice. There are also licensed hydrotherapists that perform this procedure but in a lot of areas it is illegal to advertise.
When I was younger I used to see ads in the personals section of the newspaper but they are no longer there now.
Ask your doctor if it is reccommended and where you can go. It generally isn't a cheap process. It may be best just to give yourself one or find yourself a willing girlfriend/boyfriend.

go to the drug store and buy a ready made enema; when used correctly, lying on your left side with your right foot pulled to your cheast you should be able to take most of the contents; in about 5 to 10 minute you will feel alot better

Go to the local drug store. They have Fleet enemas easy to self administer and disposal bags with nozzles. Anyone can give themselves and enema if really needed.

You can buy a do it yourself kit from B & Q - just get yourself a regular garden hose, insert into the correct fitting (both ends) lie back and get someone to turn on the tap - happy days! Make sure you do it on a wipe clean surface though.

well you can find or buy an enema on a drug store or at a hospital. i can't tell exactly where coz i don't know what country you're in. well if you just want information, log on to the net, you can find answers. or ask your pharmacists, which i happen to be one, (haha)...

you can just buy them ( Fleet ) from the store and do it yourself, unless you are talking about those places that flush you out, then look in the yellow pages.
