Don't be afraid to expererience something new. Like when meals get boring after awhile you end up trying a new recipe. It become's fun. And look at what was not boring when in the beginning of the relationship and dig up some of that and use it again.

Remember what first attracted you to your spouse, what sort of things did you both like to do and then see if you can throw a different spin on it. If you liked going to the movies, well see is there is some outdoor cinemas in the park showing movies. Leave little love notes around the house. Go get a jar of body mud (chocolate) and have a night in smearing it all over eachother and hve fun licking it of each other. What about setting up a romantic dinner at home, candles, wine, nice home cooked meal, romantic music. It takes abit of work but the returns are endless...........I once sent a huge bunch of roses to a boyfriend at his work and let me tell you, the guys were jealous and couldnt believe my b/f luck......and if your a guy posting this, well just send flowers anyway because you can. :)

What makes a relationship exciting is getting to know them in a different way, on deeper levels.You can never fully know a person.
Make an effort to look at the aspects about your partner that you appreciate and sincerely communicate that to them. It will likely spark them to open up more to you and passion will follow.
There is no ending to the levels of intimacy one can explore with their partner.
That is the beauty of committed relationships, you experience the whole spectrum of life, love and sexuality with one person you feel emotionally safe with.

I do try to find a reason why is boring and try to spice it up, like going out together and after all the responsibility for a boring or exciting relashionship is in your hands.

Do somthing to spice it up such as stop in an adult toy store and find somthing entertaining to play with. Its all about trying new things. Chances are if you are bored your partner is bored too. Water proof vibes are great and remember the one gotta have item for any adult toy box is a glass toy. LOL.. Good luck!

try new things out.
it doesnthave to just be in bed.
but it could help.
just go out more.
or if you go out a lot stay in and watch movies.
just try stuff out.
but if that doesnt work.
then i would end it cause its not working for you.
and if you just keep it going and your not likeing it then then it wont be a very good relationship between you and your boyfriend or girlfriend.

Do the two of you still love each other? If you do then there are lots of things to do, if not then why waster your time in the relationship if there are no love.
