Let me guess... you thiink you're being funny, right? Among all the other things that are wrong with your question, the total ignorance you display by calling someone a "Down syndrome" is ridiculous. A person may HAVE Down syndrome, but they are not Down syndrome itself.
Educate yourself, practice a little compassion and don't waste energy being an insensitve jerk.

Yes, I have seen a few actually. They look like any other white down syndrome kid but with a sort of Asian twist.
