From Port Authority Bus Terminal use Olympia Trails coach.
From Grand Central, use Olympia Trails coach at Park Av (east side) and 41 St
From Penn Station use NJ Transit or Amtrak to Newark International Airport station, then AirTrain

No. However you can catch a train at penn station or on NJ Transit these trains will take you directly to Newark Airport. Check the newarl Liberty International Airport website. they have all the information for you. :)
