I am doing a research trying to connect the doors mentioned in Nehemias with the doors existing in Jerusalem today and the doors in the book of Revelation. But they are all different! Can you help me? Thank you!

I don't have all of this info with me, but you should look at the layout of the city. This is in most Bibles. I think there were 12 gates. But in the New Jerusalem, there are 12, but I think they have different names. The names of the 12 apostles are in the foundations. In Jesus' time there was the Beautiful gate. Look also around Kings, and Chronicles... when the temple was built. I believe the gates were mentioned. I'll have to look up some articles.
