Do you feel like vomiting because you are ill? Or are you really asking about self induced vomiting as part of anorexia/bulimia?

If the latter - I strongly encourage you to seek out a counselor who can help you determine why you are reacting to food & eating & your body in this way. That is a rocky rough road to travel down and can be health & even life threatening. Get some help if so...............

If it's because you are ill - well honor your body - it's rejecting what is in your stomach for some reason.

Get some rest, lay in bed - it may induce vomiting at times, better than dry heaving. Also have a bucket near by as well as toothpaste. If you have peppermint or anything like that and none of that fancy toothpaste, you're in luck. Sniffing minty smells will help you feel better - works for me everytime!

Just simply throw - up, make sure it doesn't make your dress and other people get dirty. After that drink some warm water or warm tea. Don't forget to clean it in case you made a mess. By the way are you pregnant?

Fingers down the throat and go nuts. So much better to get it out than sit around miserable and feeling ill and the eventually puking anyway.

Let it out if possible. Or if you mean what do you do for nausea ?
If that's the case, ginger relieves nausea, vitamin B6 & B12 help,
You could even try some crackers.
R you sick, pregnant, or just feeling nuaseated? Hope you find the answer your lucking for.

Usually it's because your body needs to get something toxic out, it would probably make you feel better immediately if you just went with it, don't force it but if you are heaving just let it go. Hope you feel better. P.S. drink lots of fluids, water, juice, popsicles etc. after to replenish your depleted fluids, you'll need it!

having a bad hair there hons feeling like flinging dishes in the air stepping on cats tail ?/ feel like tossing some body out of 22 story window?/ got a hangoverr?? what ever got you so upsett on your bad hair day or barfing, if neded its what they call the scizors routine, take two of your pikies, and gently go downe your throat, pushing what ever it is thats got you today bend downe on your hands kness over the toilett and heave!! gld i had my pop tart a while back!1

Vomit, unless you're in public and can't. Then, try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. It works for my kids.
