when every time i wanna address a law your lame excuse is always "oh that's from the old testament"
so what exactly is in your SO CALLED christian religion??? NO LAWS???
weired because as far as i know Jesus said that he didnt come to abolish the laws but to FULFILL them.

Matt 5:17-18 a little bit closer: "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished."

is this NOT clear to most of the christians of today? do they think that they should live with NO laws??

no wonder why 90% of you are hypocites. sorry but it's a FACT.

You are AWSOME! You put what I want to say in the right words every time. They'll come back and say that we are all sinners but the blood of christ has taken that away and that we do not follow laws of man but laws of god (being hypocritical to the fact that they no longer follow laws of god)

a million) Jesus DID fulfill that regulation. He saved all six hundred+ guidelines of the former testomony. 2) devil change into the Angel of demise that swept over Egypt killing the first born, Pharaoh is the only which call that plague, no longer God. 3) Bible does no longer supply an age to the earth. prepare in scripture the position? there is not any time line given in Gen a million:a million to Gen a million:2. it really is adult men that anticipate the age in protecting with different beliefs 4) did you recognize what an "eye of a needle" is?? he's not speaking of a stitching needle. 5) we do not settle for CE as a date. 6) All have sinned, 7)that's the worshiping of such, no longer the having of them. 8) a lot of human beings were killed interior the call of the Lord through those who were no longer following God. The Inquisitions change into no longer performed through christians. that would favor to be undeniable for even an atheist to be certain. 9,10,11,12) because a fool can ask more beneficial questions than even a sensible guy can answer. i'd content cloth devil kills them, God merely receives rid of his mercy

The greatest of all the commandments in the "New Testament" is this:  ‘You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.’ This is the greatest and first commandment.  The second, like it, is this, ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’  On these two commandments the whole Law hangs, and the Prophets.”(Matthew 22:37-40) Obey these and the principles embodied in all the laws of the "Old Testament" will be fulfilled anyway. Just as in any religion there are those who sincerely try to live up to their Christian dedication and there are those who bring reproach. Jehovah is Judge!

The law of the New Testament is "You shall love your God with all of your heart, mind, and strength and your neighbor as yourself." Interestingly enough, this law is from the Old Testament.

There are some laws in teh Old Testament that are cultural laws (dietary laws, marriage laws, property laws) and there are moral laws (10 commandments). The cultural laws do not apply because we live in a different culture. The mortal laws still apply.

St. Paul was down on the laws because there were, and still are, people who think that by simply obeying the law, that they are right with God. They go through the motions and acts of charity, but have no love in their heart

True Christians are not under the Mosaic Law and it also doesn't mean that they have no laws. They are under the "Law of the Christ".

“Go on carrying the burdens of one another, and thus fulfill the law of the Christ.”—GALATIANS 6:2.

1 Cor 9:21 states "... although I am not without law toward God but under law toward Christ, that I might gain those without law" . It is the "Law of the Christ" that Christians are under. The law of the Christ is repeatedly associated with freedom. (John 8:31, 32) It is referred to as “the law of a free people” and “the perfect law that belongs to freedom.” (James 1:25; 2:12)

Romans 6:14-15 read those two, and then flip over to Galatians 3:24-25. There is many laws in the New Testement, and some even came from the Old Testement. But if you will read those verses I gave it will help you, but to know the laws of the New must read bible for your self.

Jesus did not come to take the laws away he came to enhance them, and He came to destroy the works of the devil.
If one is maybe attending a church and is being made to feel guilty for a sin he/she may have commited and an elder or priest/pastor is convicting that one then that is considered a work of the devil.
Jesus came to take that guilt away, and to let us know if we ask for forgiveness we are indeed forgiven.
The laws were made so that we can know what sin is.
If we do not have any laws how would we know that we committed a sin?

We are under the same laws of the OT the differance in this age is we are not under guilt and condemnation from men because Jesus took that for us, and we are free from the shame of sin- after repentance.

My answer to your question about," what is your so called christian?"
*True* christianity is not a religion at all,
it is a relationship.

Do you believe that a true christian agrees with the way some who call themselves christians use it to perhaps get rich off of those poor innocent ones that may not have knowledge of the truth?
Ah,no.

I was age 11 in church and i was told that my cullots were not appropriate in the house of God by an elder oh, cullots are a skirt/shorts.
This attire i had on came down to the middle of my knee.
I did not sin, but i was made to feel that i had.
That is condemnation under a man.
Under the law had nothing to do with it i did not commit a lie or brake one of the laws of God.
So, thats why Jesus came to free us of the guilt imposed, and yes, we obey the laws for to brake one is a sin.

Yes, Jesus came to FUL FILL the law.
Fill up the law that plp were useing to condemn us.
He/Jesus filled it up with Love*,and to let us know
we can be forgiven for our sins/breaking the law- apposed to feeling like sinful and defeated guilt ridden plp under men/women.

Its a beautiful and true relationship with Love and Light this
*true* christian walk.

My middle finger did go up toward that elder who insulted me in church.
Is that hippocricy?
I believe it was disrespectful, but not a sin.

*His light still shines*

There are literally hundreds of prophecies about Jesus and He came and fulfilled them, He didn't just dismiss them ... as indicated in your bible passage.

But you are right, the laws of Moses are still laws. What Jesus was trying to say to all of us is that it is not the following of the law that will get you to heaven, it is what is in your heart. Every single parable He told dealt with that very subject. It is His unrelenting theme throughout His ministry here on earth.

He's been trying to tell you that even though it is not possible to follow each and every letter of the law, God will let you into heaven anyway, because He loves you :)

I think the clear message of the New Testament is given in Luke 14:26:

"If anyone comes to me and does not hate his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters-yes even his on life -he cannot be my disciple." - Luke 14:26 NIV?

Clearly Jesus says Christians should hate their families.
