First off - Happy Birthday! Some good answers here. I agree, eat what you like and drink plenty of water to help with the dehydration.. the food will help with preventing alcohol from being absorbed in your body too quickly. Do this because you're

.. gonna be partying like it's your birthday.

Just thought about something, perhaps you can try this hangover cure before you go drinking - try having a couple banana milkshakes sweetened with honey beforehand. The banana will help with the stomach trouble, honey helps with the loss in blood sugar that happens when you drink, and the milk will help with rehydration. If that doesn't work.. you might want to try this for the day after. lol.. have fun.

Drinks loads of water all day, then at least a pint of water before you go to bed, and another pint (of water) when you wake up.
You need to keep hydrated.
Another hangover cure - the best one - is not to get tipsy in first place!!
Happy birhday, or penblwydd hapus i chi as we say here in Wales xxxx

Eat something with carbs (bread, pasta, etc.) and drink a lot of water. Makesure to drink at least a liter of water before you go to bed. Try munching on Tortilla Chips while you're drinking. That's what we used to do in college! And if you feel sick in the morning. Scrambled eggs and bacon! Works like a charm!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

happy birthday! eat breads, pasta, anything absorbent drink water in between cocktails, stop drinking about an hour before sleep, give yourself enough time for sleep. have fun and get a designated driver, i would rather wake up with a hangover than not wake up at all!

"I'm sure you've heard this one before ... Eat a full meal! By eating a full meal, you will slow down the absorption of the alcohol. I always try to eat something with a lot of carbs - like bread or pasta. Fatty foods are also a good idea because the fat will stick to your stomach lining. Also, take a multivitamin with your meal and make sure you drink plenty of water because you'll be dehydrating yourself soon enough. "

More important is what you should drink. Be sure and drink plenty of water today as this will help with the headache that occurs from dehydration. Happy, happy Birthday!
