The word greek refers to anal sex. Having said that, I would avoid anyone using the term. Why? Because they are only repeating something they have heard and are oblivious that they are slandering an entire nation. A nation, by the way, that is one of America's allies. People who use such terms as if it's all normal and well are thoughtless and self-centerd.

There is nothing wrong with saying "anal sex" to someone you would also say, "I like it greek." No bad words have parted your lips. One slurs a nation, the other clearly states what you prefer or want to try.
