Here's a saying my Grandmother Taught me:

Morning: Breakfast. Eat Like a King/Queen
Afternoon: Lunch: Eat Like a Prince/Princess
Evening: Dinner: Eat Like a Pheasant.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and you have all day to burn off those calories. Eat less at night, so your stomach and heart don't have to work so hard while you sleep.

While breakfast is supposed to be the most important for the body, I think dinner is the most important meal of the day. Dinner is when my whole family gets to sit down together and talk about things that went on during the day. I love spending time with my family.

I know I should say breakfast and most people will because it is very important, but for me it's the mid-day snack about 3 or 4 in the afternoon. If I don't have something around this time, I am just starving by dinnertime and then I really eat a lot more than I should!

BREAKFAST!!! Having a healthy meal at the start of your day helps your body and brain work to its fullest. The other meals are also important of course but without something to get the old bod and brain moving you will find that you get tired and bored easier.

breakfast as it helps you to stop snacking during the day and its supposed to be good for your concentration, so that you dont feel that afternoon slump when you need a sugar rush to keep you going to your dinner.
