Okay, so now you've told us and personally, I respect your right to your beliefs. But, now that you've "spread your word" then I would appreciate it if you equally respected my right to my own beliefs. If you do then I will continue to respect you. If you don't then then my respect for both you and your beliefs will end and we will no longer be brothers in this life. If we're not brothers in this life then we are at odds and being at odds led us to where we currently are in this religious tumult that the world is experiencing now. This is not good for you or your fellow believers because despite the fact that your religion has survived for many centuries, so has Christianity. Your statements are quite clearly directed at western civilization and culture and while it's true that European, Asian and Middle Eastern civilizations existed long before the west ... that was then and this is now. To believe that because one civilization has existed longer than another inherently makes it the stronger and more correct would be a grave mistake on it's part. Speaking as a westerner and an American citizen, I can assure you that as long as those Islamic Fundamentalist Muslims who use terror and violence as their means to control others religous beliefs then there will always be war and when push comes to shove it won't be the west or the United States who sits idly by and does nothing. If you want the end to come then allow your wayward brethren to continue on their current path and surely it will come for all of us. If that be the case then so be it but I assure you that the worst suffering will be felt by others long before its felt by us.

Peace Be with u, brother.
i fully support ur argument (well yeah 'coz i m a Muslim), but still The Holy Quran has Proven Itself time again through scientific facts in it, which are being discovered and established today.
We are Not condemning the whole Christianity to hell, we are calling ppl towards the successor of Christianity i.e. Islam, just like Christianity was a successor to Judaism. Its like, if i used to use Internet Explorer 5.0, a while ago, but then a New Updated Version Internet Explorer 6.0 came along, then i m Not going to hang on to IE 5 and will rather as soon as possible upgrade my system to IE 6. well, i know that its Not as simple as that, but i tried to explained it in the most simplest terms i could, and each and everyone is bound to check on to his belief that what he is following, is it The Truth? and Nothing More to This Truth?

Also, if anyone does Not want to convert to Islam, then its the person's personal choice, and Muslims should respect it, and Not to Force anyone for conversion. But, also Christians should mind that the least they could Do is to Respect Prophet Mohammad (May Peace and Blessings of ALLAH Be Upon Him), as Muslims Respect Prophet Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him). We should all Respect the faith/beliefs of the other. Also, we accept Prophet Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) as Christ (or Messiah, the original hebrew term) as He has been refered by That Name in The Holy Quran. But, the Savior is NOT Jesus Christ, Savior is ALLAH (GOD) Alone. Don't confuse "Christ" and "Savior", they are two very different terms, plz look out at the Real Meaning of Christ, urself.

Peace to All.

Sorry, Since you beleive in old testement, Read Jer.14:14, 23:32 and Zech. 10:2. It plainly tells us of False Prophets. You said that we should have same respect for Mohamad as a prophet, right? I would have to know of his prophesies. I do not judge without first hearing but I know that Jesus the Savior. If Mohamad contradicts that then, no I do not have to respect him cause we are followers of God. And as far as the things recently proved about the quaran, I will look if you give me the non biased site name but there are new testement prophesies coming true all the time. People trying to put holes in the New Testement but finding out that they can not. The NT says that one should not add to this book nor take away Rev. 22:18 .....

Salam :) i'm a Muslim teen living in Canada. I placed on hijab alhamdullilah and this is for the most section wide-spread the following on the grounds that i stay in a huge city with a enormous Muslim inhabitants. I do get the few ignorant comments and idiots at college regardless of the reality that who ask stuff like "yo were given a bomb lower than there hahaha". in spite of the undeniable fact that the toughest section is being diverse out of your associates. Being a Muslim, activities, alcohol courting boys donning revealing outfits and so on is haram, or perhaps as i do not prefer to attempt this besides, this is a touch awkward to ought to describe why i do not do it to those who evaluate it in basic terms part of being an adolescent and its effortless to them. Muslims living in Muslim countries truthfully have it extra accessible even as it contains setting up in. And with nutrition this is a touch complicated yet I consistently attempt to envision the label if i'm not positive of the substances. yet i'd not wanna be the different faith no count number how confusing it receives and how diverse i think from everybody else, i'm satisfied to be Muslim :)

I'm not going to answer your question. But there is an interesting point you bring up which is the similiarities of both religions, which is a large part of why we've never really gotten along. Afterall we are the only major religions that actively try to "convert" non-believers. We are the only ones that have in in the last 1500 years, still engage in war for our God (same God by the way, God of Abraham). We both have chapters in our Holy texts that paint a very similiar picture of the end of days. We both actively preach messianic prophesies. This causes us to see the other as the biggest threat to our way of life.

I am sorry to inform that, being muslim, I find your remark hardly tolerable. In all my life, I have always believed that that muslims though obliged to spread the message of God, were not asked to forcibly convert any non-moslem into islamists. God has given free will to the non-moslems, to reconcile with what they've been doing and embrace Islam or to remain as they are. It's a matter of personal choice. The signs in the Quran are of benefit only to those who think about them, and strive in order to life a life of truth.
Forcing would only bring about an atmosphere where hatred is all that's left for Islam. However, any converts must be welcomed immediately, into the community of moslem brotherhood.
Just so remain convinced that no one is closer to God than any other, not unless God wills it, be it moslem, christian or otherwise.

Prophets of old like Moses, Noah etc they all testified of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Savior of the world. If Mohammad is a true prophet, why does he NOT testify of Jesus Christ as the SAvior?
Looks like Mohammed is only prophet who is not testifying of Jesus Christ as divine Son of God.... I wonder why?,....
no offense. but that's what the difference is between Islam and Christianity. I respect Mohammed as a good man who taught many good things, but NOT as a prophet of God who testify of Jesus Christ. I'm sure God inspired him to do many good things, but just NOT to claim the only true religion... so don't ask Christians to consider Mohammed as a prophet. Christ is more than a prophet to us.

My understanding of Christianity says that Jesus is not a prophet He is Jehovah God in a visible body called the Divine Human. Divine means part of the life essence of God.

Prophets are mere humans. Jesus is the Lord of lords and King of kings.

Must we go over the Book of Revelation again?

Jesus Christ the Lord is in the midst of the seven churches, the Lord has all power in heaven and earth, The Lord has the keys to hell and death, the Lord is alive for ages and ages, the Lord is the King of kings and Lord of lords.
