Brothers and sisters, would it be acceptable, as a Christian woman, to undo just a couple of buttons on my blue blouse and risk exposing some cleavage? So far I've kept it buttoned up tight, just as God would want it. But now I feel like cutting loose just a bit! LOL!

If its now exceptable by most people for westernised muslim women to wear more revealing clothes even though its strictly against the wishes laid down by the prophet mohammed in there religion then i dont see how any one can complain about a bit of cleavage showing on a good christian woman..

No, leaving the unknown to the imagination is way more attractive... You've been doing right up til now... don't quit... you will be offending God... Pray more, every time you are tempted, ask God for help to over come it. Besides seeing clevage is trashy... Keep whats under the clothes a surprise for your husband (or future husband if unmarried)

You answered your own question right there "just as God would want it." Now why cause a stumbling block for your brothers? You can see it's a temptation can't you? Both for them and yourself. I understand how you feel though. As a woman, you want to be sexy and by dressing sexy, you can feel sexy especially when you get reaction from men. But sexy isn't what God wants other men to think of you except your husband so keep it at home if you can help it.

God made us. To display a modest bit of cleavage in most circumstances should be acceptable. The beauty in this world was put here for us to appreciate and enjoy. As along the display in done in moderation the majority of people should be fine with it.

Remember someone will always object to any action. If done in good taste - which you show by asking - then this action should make you feel more comfortable with yourself and who you are.

So at the end of the day, I say go for it !!!

the point of dressing is to tutor issues that are of course prohibited to tutor. a splash cleavage will make a guy think of of the the remainder of the areas hidden. fairly some cleavage leaves not something for our mind's eye!!!!!

You have to ask why you want to do it?
Do you want a man to want you for your cleavage?
Personally, I don't want to dress to cause a brother to stumble.
I had a man pursue me once because of my physical appearance. I realized that I don't want all this character building to go to waste. Also, I love conversation and love to learn things.....we had nothing to talk about because it was only a physical attraction.
So....bottom line is: why? where's your heart?

It's a matter of the heart. If you do it out of a sense of modesty and in such a way as to not cause your brother to stumble, go for it. Otherwise, it doesn't sound very Christian-like.

Absolutely not, that would be the Devil's work. You should immediately go down on your knees and pray for forgiveness for your sins and your impure thoughts.
