The word has many connotations. Style can refer to mode, behavior, clothing, manner of speaking, preference, skill, form-- to name a few. See: Webster'sUnabridged Dictionary and also Roget's Thesaurus, two books no person should live without.

Style is an action or a look that sets you apart from the crowd. It can be good, neutral, or bad.

Style is simply how others perceive you. If your style is something that others want to emulate then it is good. If your style is enough to earn others' respect then it is neutral to neutral good. If your style angers or incites others against you, then it is bad.

Remember, there is a fine line between stylish and weird. Know where the line is and do not cross it.
