I asked my trainer this once. I thought the answer was situps, but I was wrong.
More cardio, is what he said.
I added twenty minutes of running three times a week to the rest of my fitness regimen, and it worked in a couple months!
good luck.

Have a tummy tuck? Sometimes a pooch is due to separated muscles (like after childbirth) and .
If you havent had kids and just have a small natural roundness...leave it alone. My 17 daughter is skinny as she still has a little amounts of fat under the skin...it looks good that way.
My stomach, after tummytuck - I wasnt overweight but didnt like my stretchmarks and pooch caused by muscle separation) is dead plat...but looks plastic without any natural padding.

You cud try doing crunches. it helped me. it basically takes less time and gets easier the more you do it. lie on a sofa with ur hands at the back of your head. bend ur knees. slowly lift your body up and count to three. then lie back down. repeat this a couple of times everyday.

Sleep on your stomach and punch it a lot.
Oh, and use a rolling pin on it, and let people tickle you.
