Do you mean A1, A2.. etc

Go to file, page set up, then click on the 'sheet' tab. Then tick the box that says 'rows and column headings', then click ok.

Goto file menu, choose page setup, select fit to 1 page, then print.

Row and column headings should print automatically if you have them. If you are talking about the row/column A,B,C...1,2,3's then you can't, i've tried and can't find a way round it yet. You could however try to do a print screen (screen dump) if your spreadsheets not to big.

Hope this helps.

In the file menu, when you go to page set up you can choose to fit on one page. With regards to row and column headings they should just print automatically

Go into page set up, you can specify rows and columns to print on each page on the Sheet tab.

You can also adjust the scaling in page set up to get it to print on one page

In the file menu, choose page setup and choose portrait or landscape and lower or raise the percentage until the doc is inside the break line.

If you go to "File" on your tool bar and choose "Print Preview" and then in the preview go to "Setup", you can make the changes there.

I purchased Excel from "Video Professor" to learn it. However that won't help you now, because you need to print immediately. I found this site, that gives you the step-by-step for free:
