There are many different exercise tapes geared towards pregnant women, such as Denise Austin's pregnancy workout. Walking is one of the best forms of exercise for pregnant women, even if it is just for 20 minutes a day. Also, you can use free weights in small increments. Yoga is also very easy on the body and great for pregnancy.

Walking is the best exercise, but you have to get out in the neighborhood for that. In the comfort of your home, use your TV and get some tapes from the library. Keep to the level of exercise you are already used to..don't start kick boxing at this time! Simple Yoga or Pilate's would be wonderful for strengthening your lower back muscles. Never do something that makes your muscles "pull".. you want to stretch and keep up your arm strength. Stay limber. Get plenty of rest. And try to keep to an exercise schedule so your body can adjust with the growth of your baby.

Good luck with everything and don't forget to laugh a lot. The kid likes to hear that!

In the comfort of your own home you can lift dumbbells 3- 8 lbs 3 to five times a week. Walking is the sure fire way to reduce the cellulite in your thighs and butt. If space is limited you may want to take it outdoors. But you can still do it in the comfort of your own home. Try blasting your stereo with some motivating songs and just grove around the house. And last but not least try to incorporate a lot of fruit and veggies in your diet.

Speak with the hospital where you plan to have bubs. Most of them have classes for mothers-to-be or can at least point you in the right direction.

Seriously though....you wont get rid of cellulite during pregnancy...your body is doing everything it can to layer on the fat...in protection mode for bubs....so dont exersize for THAT reason. Tone and gentle muscle strengthening should be all that you should be aiming for.

consult with your doctor...you won't get professional answers here, and i'd hate for you to be steered wrong and do anything that could be harmful to your or your baby's health.
