Try St Andrews church hall, Station Road, Benton for evening classes.
If you're free at the weekend then maybe Springfield Community Centre, Springfield Park, Forest Hall might suit you better.
No idea how local they are to you though :o) Alternatively pop into a tourist information centre or your library as they often keep lists of sports clubs.

the kick boxing scene has been diluted by tae bo and kick combat classes - speaking from my experience in part time job in a gym, 'not' sad to say years of training. My suggestion is that other classes use the principles as a means of a dancing workout which is not a put down just another option for you to try out this method of self defence/ martial arts. Enjoy your workout what ever path you follow
