Hmm... well theres mcdonalds, extra fatty stuff like those burgers (and not the deli choice ones, either). im talking hamburgers, big macs, cheeseburgers. also pizza, high-fat muffins, high-fat cake, umm oh tim tams!! Theyre from australia, if you live here.. chocolate.. etc. But what you mentioned IS really unhealthy, so instead of that caramel shortcake have an apple or banana and instead of the crisps have a salad sandwich.. or something like that.

I'm not sure about lunch (haven't strictly had lunch yet - probably will be more unhealthy stuff though), but for breakfast I had a cup of tea with cream (not milk), an Australian Summer Roll bar (peanuts and nougat, covered in chocolate and coconut) and a Krispy Kreme doughnut.

Lunch will probably be more Krispy Kremes and maybe a Violet Crumble (like a Crunchie, but more crisp, not chewy).

I wonder why I weigh over 300 pounds???

YES! haha I once ate 3 mars bars, a triple sandwich (6 slices of bread and filling), 2 packets of crisps, a cheeseburger from well known burger chain and a milkshake in about an hour....am looking into reducing my intake anytime soon though...

Hmm, maybe I can......A large pizza with peanut butter, chocolate chips, M&M's and caramel syrup as toppings. For dessert, I would try a BIG FAT bowl of strawberry ice cream topped with LOTS of strawberry syrup. to wash all that down, I would drink sweet tea sweetened with more sugar than any human could hope to handle. Now then, if that isn't unhealthy enough, I don't know what is.

I had a coronation chicken baguette, mince bridie, packet of crisps and a muller yogurt washed down with a smoothie.
I was going to have a bar of chocolate to but i thot that would have been a bit much! I can't wait for my chinese tonight tho.

My friend and I used to be addicted to mars bars. We used to sneak out of school at lunch time, go into town and both of us would get battered mars bars and chips for our lunch!! EEEWWW like how disgusting!! And we would stop at the sweet shop on the way back to school to buy mars ice-cream bars for our "dessert", and all washed down with a can of coke. Im surprised either of us have any teeth left!!

Groundhog meat (one of the fattyiest meats) coated with smashed "Bugels" (high in trans-fats and hydrogenated oils) deep fried in lard at a low temperature (so that alot of oil seeps into the meat and coating). For desert deepfried donuts (again, lard, lo temp etc.) with a butter (not that silly margerine) and full flavor ( = full fat) cream cheese icing. - Also set up an appointment with your cardiologist in advance.
