If you are a math genius, then consider something in the bio-engineering field. Doctors and nurses use a lot of math, particularly quick simple mental math such as conversion of units, ratios, percentages, especially in determining doses of medicine, estimated electrolyte and fluid needs for a patient, etc. High math, like calculus is generally not necessary for most health practitioners.

Pharmacists do a lot of calculations from counting pills, to ratios in mixing powders and ointments, to calculating costs and charges for their products.

Pharmacologists, a Ph.D. in pharmacology uses more math in determining the distribution through the body of drugs with various qualities and solubility factors. They are very oriented to chemistry which requires considerable agility in math.

Researchers in health care with a variety of backgrounds use a lot of complex math especially in the form of statitistics. They calculate p values, do chi-square tests, etc. to determine the value of their research. (How likely the results of a study have been due to chance vs a real association, for instance.)

In sum, I would guess that nurses tend to be more adept at common mental arithmetic. They do the most conversions of units, mixing of solutions, and preparation of injections. They are or become very proficient in mental arithmetic.

For higher math, fields like bio-engineering, pharmacoloy, and statistical research often need people with advanced math degrees and abilities.

Analyst jobs are very good if you have strong math skills.
You would need a good ability in Stats.
Otherwise I know two people who are maths graduates that have done very well in an analyst position. One in health and the other for the MOD
