Gender is determined by chromosones. If two X chromosone are present, the child becomes a female. If an X and a Y are present (Y is an X minus one section) then a males is formed. Two YY chromosones would not form anything. Since two X chromosones can form a female, but two Y chromosones will not form anything, science says it had to be an XX (female) started it all. A YY could not have done it.
The Bible teaches that Adam and Eve were unique creations. Adam's body was formed from the elements of the earth (if man is not made for "dirt", please list for me the elements in him that are not found in the earth). Then Even was formed from genetic material extracted from Adam. Since there was no sexual reproduction involved, the XX and XY and YY issue is not ia factor. God formed man XY, and extracted him from the X chromosone, and doubled it to create a woman XX.
Since science does not consider the possbility of a special creation or a miracle, the best it come up with is how things work today. The current process of sexual reproduction would say that man had to come from woman. It can not look back to see how it all started through an act of God.

Well, Intelligence of Scientist comes from God... Know this fact first.
Please try to understand the context..
Ofcourse we all where born from our mother. This body is got from women, either man or women.
The essence of generation of body comes from man. Man then impregnates this essence into a woman. If the soul is meant to take birth, then the soul enters the womb of women and develops the body other wise there no birth.
Women provides all the substance for the development of the Body. This is the way God arranged nature.
They both have different context of explaination. Ofcourse we go with God. after all who has more intelligence?

Things has just mixed in your mind, I think.
If you mean by "RELIGION SAYS WOMEN CAME FROM MEN" that Eve was created from Adam, so no problem as there's no contradiction between science and religion.
And if when you say that "SCIENCE SAYS MEN CAME FROM WOMEN" , you mean that the baby is carried in his mother's body for 7 to 9 months, then no problem also as religion does not have a different point of view.

Good point, but I doubt you are going to be able to show the blind this. They want their beliefs to be 100% true, no matter what, at the expense of everything else.
Personally, I'll take science's word for it. At least they can give me some explanation and not just "Well, cause we said so!"

Women came from men.. Genesis states that Eve was formed from Adam's rib... so therefore women came from man since they were the first man and woman on earth

and for the person below me yes i am created from dirt and when u die that is what this body goes back to is DIRT

are you dirt? is dirt the ingrediant most used to create superior beings?
that sure is a simple minded god...man is made from dirt and woman is made from a rib.
Funny how christians feel insulted or "dehumanized" when science says that people evolved from other life forms, but you have no problem believing that we were created from dirt...

It is entriely possible GOD was a woman and MAN, being stronger and meaner re-wrote history.
It NOT beyond the realm of reality.
