It is not always the woman's "fault" that she doesn't get pregnant. As one of your previous respondants said, you may be trying too hard.
But it could be that your husband has a low (or non-existant) sperm count. Doctors would be able to tell only if they check his sperm under a microscope for motility and general sperm health. Some sperm have misshapen, or missing, tails. Others have double heads.
In fact, statistically it is more often a problem with the man's sperm that keeps their partner from conceiving. In a study outlined in Britannica, fully 80% of women trying to conceive are perfectly capable of conceiving.
And the "fix" for the man may be something as simple as refraining from consuming caffeine and alcohol, to changing their choice of underwear to boxers to allow the scrotal sac to hang lower. (The scrotum is made the way it is because the sperm need a lower temperature than the normal body temperature to be viable.)

the first answer is they don't want to. the second would be they try to hard and are unlucky. the third is the older they get, the eaiser it is to conceive as the body adjust. Now a days, if a woman has been trying to get pregnant for over a year, and does not she should see a doctor. Also, it may be because it takes that long for her to get up the nerve to find another lover.

every ones body is different. Weight can even be a factor in it. sometimes stress of wanting to have a baby IE trying to hard. Opportunity for the body to be ready. God waiting for you to be ready. The human body is a mystery and no science has not come up with all of the answers yet and they may never.

my friend was married for 7 years before she got pregnant. they weren't using birth control, it just wasn't God's time yet.
After she went to fertility clinics and had various treatments including injecting sperm directly into the uterus, she gave up. Then she got pregnant.
I was married and exactly 9 months later I gave birth. I was using birth control.
I can't explain why, but I can say that God knows what He is doing. We just have to trust Him.

Um.. I don't know. Maybe because they're trying too hard. Stop trying and you'll get pregnant.

1. They plan it that way. (No sex, family planning)
2. They didn't plan it that way (hormonal troubles, uterine torsion, tubal troubles, male infertility)
3. They are this way by surgical intervention (tubal ligation, hysterectomy, vasectomy)
