Boxing Hottie ~
I hated it, it wasn't realistic at all, I know it was a movie and there's a certain amount of drama which is suppose to be involved, but come on give me a break! It's not bad enough that Professional Female Fighters get paid considerably less than the men, that they're stuck fighting in the fair grounds in Bute, Montana in instead of the MGM Grand.
I think Clint Eastwood and Hilary Swank did a fine job acting, they just didn't do a fine job acting like a Trainer or Fighter. Even the fight scenes were garbage. This movie did absolutely nothing for women's boxing.
Thanks for the question Boxing Hottie.

I like anything with hot chicks boxing. If you're a hot chick that boxes, you should contact me, that'd be super. With that said, I wish they'd of found somebody cuter than Hilary Swank to star in it. She's the ugliest pretty girl in the world.
The movie was okay. I didn't watch it for the longest, cuz I wasn't a Swank fan. I finally caught it on HBO a month or two ago and was hooked while she was knocking people out. When they stopped the movie kinda dragged *** for me.
I'd give it a 6 or 6.5, out of 10.

I actually liked the movie, however it was more about the relationships between people than it was the sport of boxing. The championship bout where she was hurt was phony in that her opponent would never have been allowed to act that way in a real bout, however something was needed to fit into the ending.

i liked the movie but if you went there to see a movie about womens boxing you left disappointed but if you went to see a movie about the hearts of some people, although fictional in the sport of womens boxing, you left thinking it was a pretty good piece of work. Clint and Morgan can do no wrong. You gotta admit Hillary did a believable job, I say believable not credible job with the choreographed moves.

I liked the movie and the undeniable on screen chemistry between Swank and Eastwood but the ending sucked asss - what a horrible way to end a other wise great movie - I thought it was so sad and it darkened the entire movie for me after wards

I enjoyed the first part...the tacked on Lifetime movie of the week assisted suicide ending was pretty bad, IMO, and took it from the realm of a solid boxing film into that of soap opera....on the whole, with the shoddy, diadactic and exploitative ending I have to concur that it was an insult to the sport...

I never watched it. I thought it was a piece of Hollywood fluff.
P.S. Someone wants to bar an idiot(me) from this forum. He sounds like Chaney and Bush who want to silence people who disagree with them.

I thought the movie was very dry and boring.... Except the part when the girl was knocking other girls out with little effort.
