I do know the truth.

Yes some are and some aren't legitimate.
Just like everything and anything in this world, you have your good and bad, true and false. This is what gives mediums, and spiritual people a false name, because false ones see it as money to be made.
spiritual mediums is special gifts to a few true legitimate ones. some have it, and some think they have what it takes. I know one woman in N.Y. that is very good, she helped solve a murder crime. I talked with her for hours... she is the most gifted person I ever talk to. I know I do have this ability as a medium, since I see, feel and talked with ghost, Spirits, and even God once. I haven't met to many like me, I do know it runs in the blood some, especially if your open to it. depends on the type of prayer you pray to God, they seem to here it, because they are spiritual. I never try to seriously communicate with they, they seem to come around me or to me, one try to communicate for about seven months.
So my answer is feel the truth to know which ones are true, not what they tell you as much, but that you feel their sincerity, open your Spirit into it, your Spirit would feel the truth. try that and feel if it works for you, we all have these abilitys locked in us, it's spiritual like our God who is spirit:)

have been for a sociology term paper. there were answers which varied enough to convince me that there was not any true reliability in what they were saying. had the same questions given to each and those who answered gave totally different answers. be cynical and skeptical
