I'm confused with this guy (the whole friend vs. more than friends thing)--and the other day he was laughing at something I said and said I make him laugh. This is such a silly question I know, but does that mean he's leaning more towards the friend side....I don't know. I just don't know...I guess I'm looking for any clue I can get...

The only way you are going to find out is to ask. Laughter is an important part of any relationship...friendship or more. Quit looking for "clues" and ask him where he thinks your friendship is going...Good luck.

A VERY good thing. My daughter always judges her boyfriends by how funny they are. You always need to laugh.
If he enjoys your company he will want to spend more time with you, thats a good beginning.

No, not exactly. My b/f laughs at me all the time. He just thinks your funny...Are you two like talking about going out or what? Because, if you aren't make a move yourself. Don't wait forever for him to make one.

Dear Cherryblossom,

I don't know ... it could be either ... but you have to talk to him about it ... I was in a similar situation with one of my guy best friends a while ago.... and we talked about dating .... we decided it would be best not to .... at least until high school ... I'm in high school now ... and we're about to have that talk again ... so talk to him about it ... and whatever you decide ... good luck with it!

Best regards,
Confused

You'll have to ask him. It's the only way to find out.
