I used the Crest Whitestrips from the dental office and it worked nicely. I drink a lot of tea and coffee so my teeth stain up easily, but this stuff works great!

I am currently doing a whitening treatment (at home) from the dentist. You fill the trays from prefilled syringes. In the first treatment I noticed a difference, and it's a week long process, 2 hrs. a day. It whitens them 8 shades in 7 days. It's great! It's called night white excel 3, by Discus Dental. Ask your dentist about it if you want professional results. (couple hundred dollars (from my expensive dentist anyway, but you get almost 4 years of touchups included in the kit.) Good luck, hope this helps!

I have done the Crest Whitestrips and professional chair bleachings.
I have to say, the whitestrips did a pretty good job for the money, but the job my dentist did was awesome. He used this light thing and zapped the stains right off my teeth. I went home with natural bling in my mouth.

I paid approx £200 at my dentist to have personal teeth moulds made to wear over night with bleach. However I have only been able to wear them twice due to the excrutiating pain and sensitive teeth brought on by the bleach. Wasted money : (

Yeah, my dentist gave me a take home kit not the laser type of whitening thing and yes, it worked out. Its cool, you'll see the difference.

Ever thought of permanent veneers? (a bit like false nails)
I had them ..the porcelain veneers not the more inferior plastic ones. You can choose the shade of white..best to go no more than 2 shades whiter than your natural colour. They are great & will never stain.
PS ..am in the UK

i had the LA smile stuff - it's pretty good - it doesn't go bling white but look very clean - cost about £250 and people really commented on it - still do in fact and its about 3 months since i had it done.
