Hoodia gordonii is supposed to help; also garcinia cambogia. Look for "diet" at swansonvitamins.com or vitasearch.com. Some good eating tips: Cut out all refined (white) sugar and flour containing foods. Stress whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, low fat dairy, and the leanest cuts of meat. Eat big breaakfasts high in protein. Try to eat 3 meals a day and allow a small high protein/whole carb snack bewteen meals. South Beach Diet is an excellent plan. Eat as little as possible after sundown. (small bedtime snack is ok).
Good luck.

The thing that help's me most is drinking water,a good way to rid your body of toxins and supress appitite. Inactivity is the biggest appitite stimulant I can think of , so get up,exersise, and drink plenty water, especially when you feel hungry. I have the same problem you do. Good luck.

a good way is fiber pills & water, you take them and they fill up the stomach to avoid the hungery overeating. Just make sure they have no added drugs to them or they may have rebound effects or worse. The pills don't cost a lot and they also help digestion. I also eat smaller more freaquent meals which helps too.
