A good way to memorize something is to do it right before you go to sleep. In bed, before you go to sleep, go through your notes, repeat them many times and try hard to remember them well. When you go to sleep your brain keeps working, memorizing what you tried to memorize just before you went to sleep. You'll be amazed in the morning how well you remember the notes you went through. You may not remember it completely, but you'll remember more than you did when you went to sleep.

I hope this helps. It helped me memorize a lot of things in the past. :)

try to use acronym method, i used it and it really works, example if i want to remember them, take the first letter of each item to make up a new non sense word- your acronym. For some reason, this is often easier than trying to recall each item individually. the fairy famous acronym ROY G. BIV has been used to help countless of students remember the colors or the rainbow in the correct order: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet.

additional tips,: listen to what ur teacher/ professor says what comes out to his mouth would be the ones he ask in the exam, listening is how you learn best, if u want to record your notes use a voice recorder when you study and record as you read your notes, this will make your time easier and faster as you want to go back to your notes you just need to play the tape even if you are driving or walkin, or even doing something. this techniqe helps me when im studying in college BS Psychology, so good luck! lastly eat well, a balance diet, a stable blood sugar can be a sweet solution to memory problems, take note too much sugar can hard. so 1-2 pieces of candy can boost your memory level. proven. have fun learning!

I always made flash cards from answers that were on quizzes or any notes that I felt were important. I started reviewing them a week or so before a final. It really worked because I could visualize a card with an answer when I was struggling to come up with something on a test. Good luck!

Study every day. Rewrite. Memorize the page the notes are on. Try to take a photograph of that page in your mind. Use numbers and words to help you with lists.

try Ron White's "Memory in a Month" program, This dude is awesome!!! I went to one of his seminars and he was able to choose 20 people at random, with each of those 20 people giving him a 2 digit number, for a total of a 40 digit number, then not even a minute later, he recited the enitire 40 digit number frontwards and backwards!!!! (we wrote down the numbers as they were called, and he didn't skip a beat, frontwards or back!!)

you could try and associate your notes with something that would help you remember them....... like the colors of the rainbow..... roygbiv.....Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo Violet................. try to make a funny or cute little phrase or story using the info from the notes..... that way if you can recall the story or phrase you will have the info from your notes

good luck
