They're spelled leukemia and lymphoma. They are cancers. Leukemia is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow. Lymphoma is a cancer of the lymphatic system.
The treatment varies depending on the type, the location in the body, the age/general condition of the patient, how far the disease has advanced, etc. It would be impossible to tell you what the treatment is specifically but it could include radiation, chemotherapy, surgery, blood transfusions, bone marrow transplants and other medications.

The definition above are good. You may want to look at a couple of books both approved by the Cancer Treatment Centers of America (Cancercenter.com). One is Beating Cancer With Nutrition by Pat Quillen, and the other is How to Prevent and Treat Cancer with Natural Medicine by Mike Murray. Both are full of useful advice and info.
Find the best doctor or oncologist you can and work with them. These diseases can be conquered in many cases with a little effort and luck.
Never lose hope.
Good luck and God Bless.

Lymphoma is a cancer that deals with the lymphnodes, and Leukemia deals with cancer in the bone marrow I believe. The treatment? Well most go through Chemotherapy, have bone marrow transplants, and often end up very weak and sick from these treatments.

This is a very good question. The answers already given are good, but I just want to add that lymphoma can definitely be present in your bone marrow. And, certain kinds of leukemia can develop into lymphoma.

Leukemia is a form of cancer of the bone marrow of different types. Lymphoma is a cancer of lymphoid tissue primarily lymph nodes but does involve speen and bone marrow.
Treatment for both is x-ray radiation and cancercidal drugs. Bone marrow transplants are occasionally used in leukemia.
