if it is not on properly then there is a chance, but used properlay they are pretty safe? if you are worried just check when you think it is happening

One thing I have learned in my short life - nothing is impossible.
If however the condom is put on properly (leaving a bit over at the tip of the penis to collect the semen) the it is extremely unlikely.
Just remember to take the condom off as soon as he has ejaculated, cause as soon as the penis starts to soften, the condom might become loose and then anything can happen!

You mean leak down the sides and over the top again? Very unlikely, especially if the condom is put on properly. After dude comes, stop what you are doing and remove the condom, and if you are especially careful, have him wash his member.
