Turnover at these Regionals is high, and not all are going to Major or Corporate. Seems they are getting out of the biz, when it becomes clear that major is no longer an option. Will you get out for that office job that pays twice as much for twice less effort? Or will you fly that CRJ forever? I'm curious

If you cannot get a major position and dont want Corporate Jet flying, you could go to a Crop spraying or fire fighting firm or be an aerial photo pilot! Its not the end of your flying career is it ? another option is take your Helicopters licence and fly Helis !

..........remember u r a pilot once u r in the cockpit........if there is a plane around u that is.........otherwise u are unemployed flying licence holder........job is the only reason to be in cockpit CRJ or 747 it doesn't matter...........
