Eat lots of protien, carbs and/or fats; don't workout. Eat late at night, your metabolism will be slower then. Try to eat as much as you can, as often as you can. Stuff yourself, your stomach will eventually get larger and can hold more food.

If you want to gain weight, do not listen to the first person and "eat fat" that is such a bad, unhealthy idea but the odd donut will be your friend.

To gain weight just eat more calories than you burn in a day. Eat carbs such as potatoes and still do exercise as you do not want to gain cholesterol and put excess pressure on your heart.

If you want to put on muscle bulk then try working out and eating lots of protein, ask a personal trainer in a gym for which products are good for building muscle like those protein shakes.

Do not rush it either, if you have high metabolism, putting on weight can be harder than losing it.

Good luck,

McFly

I think you don't want to be fat, you just want to gain weight. Load up on carbs.

The word "more" in your question is redundant and not necessary.
