What I would suggest is a high protien, high carb diet...fish and turkey are the best meats.
In terms of training you need to be training for at least 4 times a week and minimise the cardio. Do low reps & high weights. Also for your last lift go to a 1-2 rep max, lifting as close to your heaviest weight possible. Good luck and BE patient...this will take a LONG time, at least 8 months....probably nearer 18!

Try doing this simple thing, Take a banana everyday with milk in the morning for a month. You will surely put on weight. It worked with many. Don't take any steroid kind of things because they have many side effects. You can also try appetizers and for that you can start some exercises too.

My husband is currently following a maximuscle plan to gain weight, hes only just started, but it says he should gain around 4lb a month.
Hes used this plan in the past and has gained a couple of stone - but once he stops he does loose the weight again.

Let me tell you - being skinny is a great thing - I have had size - but do to illness I have had to cut back on my exercising and I am quite out of shape now - be happy with the body you have and continue with you good diet and exercise routine - your body will fill out nicely if you just follow that pattern.
