So I'm looking for a way to lose some weight and came across a few "Boot Camps" that advertise this, however the prices they charge range from 290 to 400 dollars, would this be a good investment, or what is a good way for me to actually get on the ball and start getting back to the weight I should be for my age/height bracket

From every thing that I have read about them. They are really good in helping you lose weight. And give you a plan for keeping it off. They pretty much teach self control, discipline, motivation, and good eating habits. If you can afford it. And feel that you need it I would go for it.

This would be a short term measure.
If you are serious , you have to have some
determination of mind and reduce weight free.
Lots of fruits and veg and regular brisk walk
for atleast an hour a day - and bob is your uncle.

invest in a standing desk like the ergotron workfit s 379 ergotron com or get crafty and raise your monitor and keyboard with books

it would probably be the best 300 dollars you ever spent. But just be prepared for the PAIN you will receive....just kidding..it will be a cakewalk LOL let me ask you, how else are you gonna lose the weight?

odds are you re eating too fast try holding a conversation while having a meal so you re not gulping down more than you need to feel full

i think that if you lack discipline and will power it is a very good way to get your weight loss kick started. Others will get you going when you cant get yourself going.
