Absolutely! That's where the expression "catting around" comes from!

Seriously, cats are induced ovulators, meaning that interacting with a tom causes an egg to be released, so it's not unusual for each available tom to be responsible for a kit in a litter. Kittens can look disparate, though, for other reasons -- both genetic and gestational.

That said, you should NOT be breeding your cat while millions of surplus animals are being killed daily around the world. Even if you think you can find homes. Often promised takers change their minds!

It's also BAD for your cat! Every heat your cat goes through increases her risk of mammary cancer, and puts her at risk for a fatal infection called pyometra, not to mention FIV. If you care about your cat, or even animals in general, don't create more to be destroyed. Statistically speaking, every pet in America winds up in an animal shelter and a majority are euthanized.

Yes they can. In one of my cats first litter, they ALL looked quite different. 3 black and white ones, 1 all black and 2 white ones. I know for a fact that she had been with more than one male, just by looking out my window at night. Cats when they go threw there "heat" cycle they realease eggs, just like humans. And in some cases in humans, if we release more than one egg at a time, we can get pregnant with "fraternal twins". When cats go into heat, they release many eggs, thats how each kitten is born in their individual sacks, like fraternal twins.

This is usually what happens in unmonitored breeding. Cats are induced ovulators. This means that an egg is released for fertilization after breeding. If bred by one male, an egg is available to be fertilized by his sperm. If bred by a second male while still in heat, a new egg is released and could be fertilized by sperm from the second male.

Sorry to say this but NO she won't a cat will choose which tom she want to mate with and she fights off all the other toms that is why when a female cat is in season you have all the cat calling and fighting. She will only mate with the tom she has chosen.
