You can talk to a school counselor or go to your doctor and he can recommend someone or prescribe you some meds to help you take the edge off. Crisis hotlines are also available. You could even talk to your clergyman.

Therea are many places to turn. You can always seek professional help, there are counselors. If you are in school, then there are counselors. You can talk to your doctor, and he might be able to direct you to the appropriate venues.
