I would like to settle down with her, but I'm not too sure if she wants the same thing. Should I even bother? She's only 22. Personally, I'm totally crazy about her. Is she too young? Is the age gap too great?

Women do tend to be ready to settle down at an earlier age than guys, so GO FOR IT! In fact, there's not a thing a woman loves more in a man than a man who'll be monogamous with them and be committed to them. No, she's not too young. And don't worry about the age. Sometimes age differences work better than being with someone your own age.

Look at Anna Nicole Smith and her late hubby! They were acting like honeymooners, and he was 89 when he passed!

as a 22 year old myself i can honestly say that all depends on her and her maturity level, i personally would be perfectly happy settling down with my boyfriend right now but I'm like you I'm not sure that's what he wants and we have our own issues that mostly he has to accept about me but i would spend my life with him no question, but every person is different.
as far as the age gap, No, i don't think it is a problem, my parents are like 14 or 15 years apart and have been happily married for like 25 or 26 years.
i think you should ask her ...where do you want our relationship to go? and elaborate by adding, examples....do you see us having a future together? do you see us getting married and having a family?
and then you are not putting yourself out there, and after she answers then you can tell her how you feel with out the fear of rejection.
i hope i was at least a little helpful.
if you have any more questions......put 'em out there.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Age & distance shouldn't b the problem if u both r truly in love with each other.u haven't given any clues whether u both know each other well or not so i can't tell what she might b thinking about it.but she's still lil young 2 take such a big decision,so i wud advice u 2 give her some time, like 2 or 3 yrs for instant.i'm sure it will work 4 both of u.have faith in each other & keep loving.CIAO!

Age is just a state of mind. Females are more mature than men and her mental level is 10 to 15 years above age 22; so she is probably about the same maturity level as you. All god's chillums are different anyway. My sister is a number of years older than her husband and they celebrated their 35th this year. Don't obsess about it and don't try to please the world as you can't. Good luck.

You should allow some time for things to gel. You can still date her but don't make any serious plans until you know that both of you can handle the age difference. Personally , I don't think your age difference is that great at all.

Why not date? At 22, she's lived a little, she's legal and you are just a baby boy at 32 - promise you! Are we supposed to be 14 or younger to be in here?

age differences are really an individual thing. Some 22 year olds are very mature, some 32 year olds are very immature.

It all depends on how well you "click". If you both want the same thing, she seems to be mature, you can acrry on a conversation, and enjoy each others company then why not?
