Has anyone tried Adios?

I'm eating a healthy controlled diet. Lots of fish, fruit, veg and gallons of water!!

Just thought these might give me a little 'boost' to losing 2 stone!!

Any experiences, info, good or bad would be a great help.
Thanks Lovelies. x

It might work for you, but in general, most diet pills do not. The only kinds that really do are amphetamines, which speed up you heart, up your metabolism and make you burn energy faster, but also have a habit of making you rather DEAD, and drugs like orlistat, which prevents you absorbing fat from food. Now, you could just not eat so much fat, so orlistat would not be necessary, and you could go for a walk every morning and evening for 15 minutes, which would do a better job at raising yur metabolism than adios. Basically, most of that stuff is a waste of money. The traditional route, good diet and exercise, is by far the best. Good luck.

BTW, drinking lots of water is not good for you! If you drink too much, you will over detox, and get water intoxication, which can kill. Go easy.

No, no, no, no, no, no, NO!

Do you actually know what is in the diet pills and what each ingredient will do to you?

Let me put it another way... Here's a bottle containing a completely random substance. For just a small sum of money, I promise it will make you lose weight. Come on, you can trust me, I'm a drug dealer... er I mean vendor of chemical concoctions. Now don't you just want to tip that down your neck and hope for the best?

There is no drug which can safely remove your body fat without some very unpleasant side effects, ranging from diarhorea to bowel and kidney cancer, amphetimine addiction, loss of bone density, blood clots, fainting fits, genetic mutations and a whole lot more.

Eat sensibly.

Cut your calorific intake by 500 per day from your previous diet.

Exercise regularly, increasing cardiovascular intensity from 60% of your maximum heart rate to around 80%.

Do some resistance exercises 2-3 times a week.

Good luck.

Actually these "adios" pills are just a scam.

If you actually listen to the advert properly, and read the back of the bottle. They actually are just tablets to give you nutrients that you might not be eating if you are following a diet. They dont actually assist you in losing weight, just give you back the nutrients you could be losing out on.

Thats why it hasnt actually helped any of the women in the above comments to losing any weight.

Just stick at what you're doing. You are going the right away about losing weight.

I tried Adios a few years ago when trying to shift baby weight, they didn't help me at all.

I did buy some other things once off the internet with GUARANA in them, they were brilliant as an appetite surpressant and along with a low fat diet I lost all the weight.

Good luck!

Diet pills are total waste of money. They dont work. You might want to watch how much fruit you are eating, I find that if I eat lots of fruit I still find it hard to lose weight, you get fooled into thinking fruit is a great diet food, but it is actually quite high in calories.

Diet pills are dangerous and very unhealthy. You might lose some weight but then you gain it back easy. Stick with eating healthy and being physically active. Don't forget that eating proper is not just about looking good. It's also about being healthy...

slimming pills are a waste of money and possible dangerous if they work at all. Figure out how you got so overweight and correct that. It will take as long to take off as it took to put on, then don't slip back into the habits which made you put it on in the first place.
