MOST OF THE TIME WHEN I THROW IT, IT JUST SAILS OFF INTO THE WOODS AND TAKES FOREVER TO FIND IT JUST TO THROW IT AND START ALL OVER AGAIN. IT'S BEGINNING TO BE NOT MUCH FUN. PLEASE HELP !!!

You may not have a very well designed boomerang. If it's made of wood, there's not a lot you can do to change it - better to buy a good one from a boomerang expert - but if you have one made of plastic or some other synthetic material you will probably be able to tune it by bending the ends up or down gently. The boomerang will retain some of the bend you put into it, and that will affect the flight - If you bend the ends of the arms up, it will have more lift, and so should come back in a tighter circle. Go to some boomerang enthusiasts' websites for more details.

stick weights ie coins on it with tape. try different weights on different parts of the 'rang. off the top of my head, I've got no idea really...
