People do not care about El Nino, huh?

It almost seems as if people DO NOT care bout the weather. I know I do, but, what can I do to make this place a better one?

I care about El Nino ... I get all excited when it's coming because I love the rain.

well i do care water is an integral part of our eco system and we should try our best to preserve our natural resources
