to tell you the truth, IT DOES say in the bible, (not exact quoting mind you, but close enough) the ACT of thinking about sexual actions is a sin if you are married. did you know, that in the bible, 'coitus interuptus' the 'pull out method ' is a bigger sin? so is sodomy, acts of anal or oral pleasure.

you say your divorced. but is that not a sin? if it was for any other reasons than him cheating on you, in Gods eyes, you have both sinned, and will forever be married in his eyes. So, if cheating wasnt the issue, than when you have sex with anyone else, you will be commiting adultery.
so, if you fantasized while still with your husband, it was cheating. if you use a toy and fantasize, its cheating, and/or immoral.

someone also made the statement, homosexual sex is not forbidden to women... in Leviticus 18:22 God forbids homosexuality and its practices. "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination."

now. what do I say? I left the 'christian' religion a while ago. not that I don't believe in God, I am spiritual, although don't believe in 'religion' per se. I have my reasons. I don't think God is that horribly strict as the bible says it is. you need to take it with a grain of salt. its not killing anyone, honey, so enjoy yourself, enjoy your body. we only have one life to live or so they say... everything is a damned sin, if you dig deep enough.
and yes, it is actually to be proven healthy, and stress relieving.

I know a lot of religious groups look down on masterbation, but really there is nothing wrong with it. Sex is only really fun with someone you love and are comfortable with. Why put yourself in danger just for a few moments of pleasure? A vibrator not only keeps you from being tempted to sleep around, but it also will not give you an STD like AIDS or herpies.

Any god that would not allow you to use what you have and bring pleasure to yourself would not be worth following.

Just be careful that you do not fall too far into yourself and close yourself off to what you want to come in.

Sure, why not? You're not hurting anybody are you? Where is it written in the Bible that "pleasuring yourself" is wrong? It's not adultery and it's not idolatry, as long as you aren't pleasuring yourself on an object you also worship as a false god.

Honestly, why would you think that religious mythology has any value in helping you to decide moral issues? Remember, religions have caused and condoned discrimination, repression, persecution, mass murder and all manner of other atrocities throughout history. Ultimately, all moral judgments are a matter of conscience, and if you don't feel that you're hurting yourself or anyone else by your actions, it's hard to see how it could be wrong.

Fulfilling yourself might be a better option than for filling yourself...If you are asking permission I say you can pleasure yourself as much as you like and it's nobody else's business, have a great time!!!

If pleasuring yourself is a true sin, we are all going to hell.

Yes. BIblically, women are almost totally off the hook, it doesn't even say anything about lesbians, so you could even be with another woman if you wanted.

Toys are fine and masturbation is clinically proven to be healthy for you.
