My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

By itself, losing 2.2 pounds wouldn't be noticeable to most people. However, if you continue and lose around 2 pounds every 10 days, it will really add up. So, keep up the good work! Losing 1 - 2 pounds per week is the perfect amount for weight loss.

It depends... If you are a small child, it can be very significant!
If you are losing 2.2lbs every couple of days, it can be catastrophic to your health. You should lose only 1 to 2 pounds per week, to insure you are only losing fat and not losing muscle tissue and necessary bodily fluids. When you lose muscle, it compromises your ability to burn fat.

It is very significant if you lost it the right way by eating right and eating in moderation and exercising. I once lost 32lbs in one month by starving myself, but I've gained it back so fast. So as long as your doing it for the right reasons, then it is a great stat!!!

No, it is not, unless it occured in one day's time. It could be some excess waterweight loss. If it continues and you are not on a diet, then check with your doctor.
