I have always wondered why everyone from texas is so proud of being from Texas. Texas does have the best gun laws in the nation. Texas is full of some badass people like myself. I bet 9/11/01 would have had a different out come had those terrorists decided to pick on Texas or any state in the south instead of new york

Being a transplant (I've only lived here three years) I can say one thing for sure. I've never met people who talk as much as they do here. I can be in the line at the grocery, and learn the entire life story of the stranger next to me. So much unsolicited information. Aside from that, it's m-f'ing hot. That's about it.

Texas has most anything one would want to do. employment good home prices good economy beaches gulf mtns. swamps lakes fishing hunting hiking vast spaces big and small cities Texas has Lot's to offer
