When the flight landed a man was arested and the envelope was intended to be recieved by a man named Bob. The man was not charged

Lesson... Don't write a letter to Bob. It might get you in hot water!

TRUE STORY

Your question. Check with your airline. most airlines will NOT allow food and drink on a plane as they have food and drink avaliable at charge. Its so the airlines make money

www.tsa.gov has a list of all things allowed on US flights.

However, I'm pretty sure that they allow English grammar books aboard planes, and I would recommend that you do that next time you fly and study it.

Drinks are not allowed. But to the person who said that most airlines don't allow people to bring food and drinks aboard because airlines make money by selling them: Actually, I fly 2-3 times a month and bring food on board planes all the time. And usually I eat it on board the plane as well. And not once have I been told I can't do it. And, also, most airlines explicitly DO allow food on board (unless it's banned by the TSA).

www.tsa.gov will give you the latest info. the easy way to remember it is if you use it to clean your self or get ready to go out then it needs to be put in your checked bag. you can have computers and such. you can not bring dirnks through the check point but in the bigger air ports you can get them after you pass the check point because they have been screened so we know they are safe. F.Y.I. coffee, water juice are liquids and you will not be able to bring them into the check point.

You need to really check the website of the airport you are flying from. I flew from Bristol a few weeks ago, and they arent as tight on security as Healthrow is at the moment.
