A guy should NEVER report it as rape unless he was TRULY forced against his will; he did not give his consent, or, the ONLY reason he gave in was because the woman had a gun or knife and she really was going to use it on him if he did not comply with her wishes.
Same goes for a woman; a woman should not report rape if she gave her consent (unless, she only complied because the man threatened with a weapon or he knocked her unconscious).
It is NOT rape if you give your consent one night, just to regret having had the sex the next morning.
MJ, it's like this: a person who gets "excited" while being raped, don't desire to be "excited'. All that matters is that a person DOES NOT WANT IT EMOTIONALLY. Not yelling here, just emphasizing. A person can be forced upon and still get an erection or get wet. Getting wet or an erection does not mean that the person finds emotional pleasure from it. If it's not emotionally pleasurable, it's not pleasurable at all! The rape victim actually don't find the physical pleasure to be pleasurable because it was done against their will. I can't seem to explain this the way I want to, so if anyone can explain it better, be my guess.

I wouldnt consider a girl forcing a guy to have sex should be called rape. Because if the guy gets hard then he must want to F@#$! So I would say that it was a mutual decision. And F@#$ the POLICE! Unless they did you in the BUTT then you can go ahead and call that rape. i'm sure you would be too ashamed to call the cops on that one Cheezy.
