My body also trembles a bit before I sleep at night recently. I do very little exercise, just simple aerobics and carry light weights once a week at home.

It could be any number of things, but on the bright side, it is not thousands of other things. The pre-sleep trembling relieves some concern that I had.

Start with a general practitioner and have some blood work done. Keep a journal of any unusual symptoms you may have between making the appointment and seeing the doctor. Write down as many of your symptoms as you can before dr visit, so you can remember all of them.

Don't stress out, several minor things can cause these symptoms, but only a medical professional with the proper tests can make a diagnosis.

Pick up the phone and treat your self with the up-most respect. I am not a doctor, but I do have Lupus and I am Pre-Diabetic with other complication.

This can be a number of things; Diabetes, hypoglycemic, MS or some kind of neurological disorder or just plain old bad eating habits that have taken a toll on you. Only your doctor can answer this question. All you are going to get here is a bunch of "it can be this or it can be that"...Pick up that phone and do right thing for yourself and see a doctor. That is were you are going to get the appropriate answer. Go now, pick up that phone and do yourself a big favor and save yourself some possible troubles down the road.

Please, please, please, go see a doctor. I don't want to scare you unecesarily, but these symptoms can be something as simple as a blood sugar imbalance or it could be a precursory indicator of something like Multiple sclerosis.
