sort of, tears occur because of gravity moving the excess liquid coming out of the ducts under your eyelid. the liquid still comes out but just difuses into the water

yes u can but the tears would not come out because all the rest of the water r on ur eyes and it cant push out the tears but its not noticeable exept when ur moving ur mouth in a sad way

We've had this, along with a few other children's' questions, thrown at us from our TV screens advertising the education system. There is no reason to have it on here as well because it is in danger of 'advertising'.

Crying can be heard underwater. But,tears do not appear when u cry underwater.
