I think it's when you have dealt with all your baggage and feel very at ease and comfortable with who you are and not concerned with others opinions of you (if they are negative) When you feel that nearly everything in your life great and you start to think of having someone special to share it with you...... Falling in love has little to do with knowing you're ready. Love happens. When you least expect it, WHAM... it's there. Maturity has to do with being ready....ask yourself if you can handle the emotional parts of a relationship.

I dont think anyone is ever really ready to fall in love it just happends though out life and you have to take it as it comes and hold it dearly

if it happens, enjoy it, respect it, but dont let the word love change how you act arround the person or what you do with them, things were obviously already working if you both feel like your in love
